Good customer service. Beds comfortable enough. Both rooms were dirty. Our feet stick to the floor and the tubs had a layer of black grime in them. The sheets had a blood spot on them. We knew this was a discount chain, and so didn't expect luxury furnishings, but cleanliness should not be relative to price.

Absolutely terrible
The owner very kindly blocked off a section of the parking lot so a group of us could safely watch the eclipse. What a great experience!! The price of the room, though, was more than doubled for the room.
If you could give zero stars, that's what this place would get. The heaters didn't work we were given no warning. They also never informed us that after an hour there was no refund.

So not only did they not refund us for only being there for only an hour and ten minutes,hoping the heater would kick in but my 5 year old daughter was crying because she was freezing and the guy at the front desk didn't care and blamed it on another employee for not "telling him or us" that the heat wasn't working. Shows how the owner "cares" for his guests. Did not get a refund, they wouldn't switch us rooms because "there was no availability", my wife called as a new guest and you probably guessed it, there were rooms available. STILL WOULDN'T SWITCH US ROOMS AFTER WE KNEW THERE WERE EXTRA ONES OR REFUND US! If that wasn't bad enough, he said there were no extra blankets because he had already given them all out, which was a lie because my wife and daughter went to the front desk crying because of how cold it was and he gave them sheets. We checked out after two hours of being there. Only would have been there long enough to get our refund after an hour and ten mins from finding out the heat didn't work. I would never stay at another motel 6 because of this and their complete lack of compassion and customer service. I have never been disrespected and treated that way at any hotel Ever!
The hotel was not luxurious. We needed a nights sleep during a 10 hour road trip in December. The tub was disgusting, but the bed was comfortable. There was hair on the bathroom floor, but the bed was comfortable. All the channels on the TV didn't work, but the bed was comfortable. You get it, we spent $65 for the bed and a good night's sleep. There are plenty of fast food places around and a gas station. So if you need a good night's sleep, and you aren't looking for anything outside of that, this place is good. Btw, the desk clerk was super nice!
A lot could also be done to clean the floors, too. The bottom of our socks were gray after a few minutes. We wore our shoes at all times. The grout in the bathroom was brown when it should've been the same light color as the grout on the edges of the room.
Although the owner was kind and accommodating when we were there during the eclipse, there's a lot that could be done to improve the stay at the hotel. Not having a coffee pot in the room was baffling. They're not very expensive these days and really improve customer satisfaction. We had to go to the lobby to get coffee, and it was barely warm. Also, a small microwave would've been great.
The air conditioner was too noisy to keep on at night. We were turning it on and off during the night.
