Communication seems to be a challenge for this facility. The office manager claims they do not have access to an office email? They only a fax number?
Keen listening and scheduling skills are a must for anyone in the medical field, and this location is lacking both. Quite disappointed with our last visit. There are other practices in White House that seem much more patient-friendly.
