Takes forever to get back to see the doctor then another 30 minutes at least once you get back to an exam room. They are not very negotiable at all when it comes to billing when the healthcare system is already screwed up. And the receptionist is not very friendly or helpful as you would expect one to be.
absolutely ridiculous.. they took my insurance information when i made an appointment with no problem, once i arrived they told me they couldn't see me because the doctor wasn't specifically on my card then when i offered to pay cash they refused but then charged my insurance a no show..the receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all.
This place is ridiculous! I came for a drug screen test/physical for preemployment. I had to cancel all of my plans for the rest of the day because they are SLOW!!!!! I came here an hour and a half before my next appointment 30 minutes away as they said it wouldn't take long..had to cancel the next one as an hour later I'm STILL sitting in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk did not inform me of the crazy wait and that I couldn't leave for my more important appointment since I already signed in..definitely will NEVER EVER return!
I visited Crossroads Medical Group for the first time last week. I saw Dr. Jordan. He is a very nice, knowledgeable, professional down to earth guy. I think I will really enjoy having him as my Physician, he gets 5 stars! The reason for the 3 stars is the office staff. The front office was very busy, and it was obvious they were more interested in their computers than any questions I had. Also whoever the young lady was who brought me to the exam room, it was obvious she was in a hurry too. She never said "Hello, or Good morning", and did not introduce herself. That is a pet peeve of mine, when you have never met someone you should say, "Good morning, my name is....I will be taking you vital signs and helping Dr. Jordan out." Dr. Jordan is great, staff needs to work on manners.(Staff, please know this review is meant as constructive criticism. I hope this helps you see that you are a very important part of the team at Crossroads. That patients see you and make decisions based on your actions. I too am a staff member, I know sometimes it's easy to get lost in the "everydayness" of our jobs, but remember we are here to serve, with a smile. :) We are a part of each patients care.)
I would like to say that I have been going here for many years. They have great staff and doctors. Yes sometimes I have to wait, but that usually means they are busy or that the patient/s before me might needed them longer than planned. Who doesn't wait for health care. They are very easy to deal with. Great place!!
