I really wanted to put no star. But I guess this is the lowest I can give for just poor service and a lack of empathy!
I've been to many places over the years and I'm here to tell you that no one gives customer service like Matt Hatfield at Rod's in White House tn. I used to spend a ton of time price shopping, not only does he always win the bid but his customer service is so great I've quit even bothering shopping around. My loyalty is with Matt and it always will be. If you're not doing business here, you're throwing your money away.
We where on our way to Texas to help out due to Hurricane Harvey, when my brake line busted at around 1 AM. After waiting all night I called Rod's to see if they could fix it. He asked if I could drop it off on Monday. After I explained that I was from out of state and would not be able to drop it off Monday and the situation I'm going to Texas they said bring it on up and we will try to get you in. Which they did and they had to replace majority of the brake line but it was up and going after that it was very pleasant experience and great work done! Very friendly and courteous men! Thank you guys for getting us back on the road.

I was recommended by a customer and told they would help me. I had picked up a screw in my tire and went in after work... The Owner looked at me and told me tough luck. He was too busy. Didn't even take a look at it.
