I can't say enough about this place and its' employees. The way we found them was a miracle in itself!. Returning home to Chicago, the car was acting strange and we were just led here. Warren hooked the car up to the computer to discover the transmition was malfunctioning. His first words were, "isn't this car still under warranty?" Toney took it upon himself to make SEVERAL calls to KIA until someone agreed that IT WAS actually still under warranty. He not only filled the car with transmission fluid, but also sent me with directions to the correct KIA dealership and a note listing specific personnel who approved the warranty work. He also made sure I had his card in case there was any trouble. I've heard the South is known for their hospitality, now I've seen it first hand! These guys, however, really went beyond hospitality. With all the time spent with us and the fluid refill, I certainly expected a bill. ALL WE GOT WAS A THANKS FOR COMING IN!!!! If anyone is in the need for transmission work - check these guys out!!!!!
I had Jimmy and his guys rebuild my transmission and I can tell you they do a great quality job and at a very reasonable price . Jimmy knows alot of the ins and outs about what to do about a hard to find problem on a car.With his experience of years in the business he is the best around and a great person too. Mike K. These guys are great. Needed my transmission checked with a computer, which they did. They exceeded my expectations and cleared some codes and made minor adjustments to the transmission and didn't charge me any more money. Hopefully I don't need anymore transmission work, if I do though I'll take it to them
