Get there a few minutes before 8pm - closing time and they have already locked up and left. Why leave before closing time?? Also, takes WAY to long to fill a prescription. 2 hours before close they can't fill it. Can't pick up until after they've been open 2 hours. Drop off in the middle of business hours and they are slow, too. Even if it's just a tube of ointment - you have to wait and wait. Sometimes even after you've called it in and be given a pickup time it still isn't ready when you arrive. Really??? Need faster service!

I don't know who one of the female pharmacists thinks she is, but she treated me like garbage and refused to fill a valid precription when I had a new script for a sleeping medication. Forced me to have to call my Doctor and get my Doctor to call her so she would cooperate. Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I will definitely not be using this place ever again as long as she is still there thinking she can run the whole world based on her snap judgements.
Rude people,not ALL of them... But the FEMALE PHARMACIST IS A REAL PAIN!!! The Male PHARMACISTS is Great as well as the American PHARMACIST ARE GREAT!!! BUT SHE"ACT'S AS IF SHE OWNS THE PLACE!" AND IS VERY RUDE TO EVERYONE!!!! I JUST WANT TO KNOW,WHY SHE IS THE WAY SHE IS WITH EVERYONE!!! GET RID OF HER & THE STORE WOULD BE A GREAT,HAPPY PLACE!! THE PILL'S THAT THEY GIVE YOU ARE GENERIC & CHARGE FULL PRICE!! AND SOME ARE SO OLD THEY BREAK APART IN YOUR BOTTLE BEFORE YOU GET THEM HOME..
I refuse to use Rite Aid in White House,TN. I was a customer of McCormicks Pharmacy and they sold out to Rite Aid. This resulted in the patient files being sent to the Rite Aid in White House. I attempted to have all of my prescriptions filled on Friday and gave them until Sunday evening since it was a large order. They had no idea what I was talking about. Back to Walgreens I went. Then to top it off they tell them I have no refills on 4 prescriptions that I have at least 4 refills of each on. Not a good way to treat new customers. So happy my insurance added Walgreens back to my available pharmacies.
