Terrible service dropped of at 3:00 pm went back at 5 still not ready went home ate dinner went back at 715 still not ready asked me if I could come back in 40 min I asked for my prescription back and went to walggreens they had it filled in 10 min for me!! Sorry krogers your out!!!
They can never fill a prescription when they say it will be done. When you arrive to pick it up they will tell you to come back in an hour. Kroger couldn't figure out how to properly fill our last prescription (seriously). The doctor had prescribed slightly confusing dosages (slowly building up to a full dose) and this was too much for them. They tried to fill it with a different version of the medicine for $2000. Switched to a local pharmacy who easily figured out the doctor's instructions and gave us the $10 generic. Kroger Pharmacy won't see us again. Save your time/money and shop at a locally owned pharmacy.
