I order a few days ago and never got around to posting this. I called at 12:30 that afternoon and order a medium pizza the guy got my address and phone number told me it would be 45 minuets or less. I wait an hour still no show. So I call up there and they ask for my number and to check and see where my order is. They tell me it was never places and they were very rude to me and hung up in my face.
EDIT: the driver did show and was extremely apologetic. He forgot the drink and I wanted to let him go home but he insisted he go all the way back to the store and get the drink for our child. Bad service turned into exceptional service.
Won't ever order from this Papa John's again. I ordered a pizza at 11:24pm tonight. Yes, I know that is last min and probably was their very last order of the night, but I paid with a credit card AND tipped the delivery person who NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. the tracker says "delivered" but nothing EVER came.

Ive been waiting on a refund for a pizza that was never delivered for almost 3 weeks now. Ordered another today and got the wrong pizza and nothing that I ordered.
It took them an hour to deliver the pizza. Even tho I'm only 0.7 miles away. The pizza looked distasteful and was borderline cold. I am very unhappy with this pizza. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent.
