The cleaning of the chairs was good, but nothing special. The customer service and integrity of the company was disgusting. I would not recommend them. If you do decide to take a risk and hire them, do not pay them in cash.

Servpro was recommended to me, and in the future I would not hesitate in calling them in the event of a similar problem, or recommending Servpro of Cheatham, Robertson & Dickson Counties to others faced with a similar situation.
This place is amazing! Quick response and works well with insurance even when it's not "easy". They care about thier customers and they really make sure they are taken care of! Highly recommend if you need this kind of service. No one wants to have to deal with this, but if you do, give them a call! They will take care of you with kindness, quickness and efficiency and they will do you right!!!
I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from this ServPro in White House, TN. They were friendly, professional, always on time and very knowledgeable. I had water damage from a dishwasher and from the first call they arrived promptly. I cannot express how much they helped us through this process of packing my house, ordering pods and dumpsters, and doing the demolition. Chris, Taylor, Steve and the crew were at my house for a month doing the demolition. We never had to worry about them stealing anything. Kayla called everyday to check on us and make sure we were okay. You couldn't ask for a better team!!
His team also was invaluable in providing storage containers and then helping me move a multitude of boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous items from several rooms in my house. Jason and his team made sure all floor surfaces and room items were well protected during the moving and clean-up process.
I had a fire damage at my home and Servpro came to my rescue and helped me and my family put our house back "Like it never even happened". We were out of our home for several months until the repairs were done and during that time they cleaned and stored our families belongings and when we needed something they were very nice to let us come to their warehouse and pick it up! The office staff and workers were very friendly and always were there to help us through this horrible time in our lives. After our house was repaired, we made arrangements for delivery of our belongings and they were on time and handled our stuff with extreme care. They were able to save my mother's diningroom table, chairs, china cabinet and hutch! Thank you very much Servpro. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Servpro in White House to anyone with this type of experience. They were the best!
This Servpro franchise was very unorganized and unprofessional. We asked them to clean and scotchguard three chairs in our lobby. We were given a price and paid cash for it. The person doing the cleaning told us he would have to comeback to do the scotchguarding on a different day. We had him make note of that on the invoice and sign it. Since then the company has called us multiple times to ask for payment that was already paid on the day of service (we finally convinced them that they had already received payment). They have also refused to do the scotchguarding because they claim that it is not included in the cost of the cleaning.

Any problems that came up were quickly dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I have complete faith that when Jason and his team are finished with this project, every effort will have been made to see that my home has been thoroughly cleaned of any potential moisture or health problems.
For several days he and his team have worked diligently to address every issue regarding the water damage to my home, and have been very respectful and courteous when answering my many questions about the whole clean-up process.
