seemed very angry...i did not want to upgrade, I had done that the last visit...after trying so very hard to be polite & just get him just to acknowledge me as a human being, forget being treated as a paying client, he was again angry when the young girl who checked me in, told John I wanted my nails done also....I purchased a nail polish as close as I could 2 what I had picked out because while I was drying them I think I touched one with my other hand and messed it up....I was to afraid of his reaction, I didn't dare ask him to redo it....He wouldnt even look at me....I was trying so hard be so kind and engaging so that he might treat me with respect at least....first time I have ever NOT tipped for services anywhere...very awkward to say the very least. I have used the beauty school before, by the dollar store few blocks down and received much better service that this....no wonder they are never busy compared to Pro Nail and other nail places in White House. I actually cried when I got to my car....so depressing. I honestly think he was upset before I even got there, maybe with co-workers or he was just mad I didn't want to upgrade. I gave him every benefit of doubt, I made sure I heard him speaking English to another employee before I paid . Not a good experience. Not acceptable for nice, polite, paying clients.
This place wanted to charge me $40 for a fill in and their color selection is garbage.

Tried place twice. First time they filed my nails so roughly, one nail split. It was six months ago and I have to keep it short bc I can't stop the splitting now. 1st visit they did nails the same time as pedicure...not relaxing....July 2017 visit...John did pedicure then manicure but he
Owner is very rude. Have tried several times and will not be going back. The "older" woman made a mess of my nails and when I went back to ask him to fix them he just told me "that's just how your nails are".
I have been going to this place for 3yrs now they have reasonable prices very nice and always friendly and they always do a good job, I've tried going to other nail salons and I just don't like the way any other nail salon does my nails. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone that goes to get their nails done
