This is a nice small fitness studio that specializes in group fitness classes that has a small town feel. I like the Tabata classes, but would say there is a class that fits just about everyone from Yoga to Zumba and Pound. All of the trainers are certified. They also have healthy living classes during the day a couple times a month, that I haven't participated in yet. The owner Stacie is passionate about her clients.
