Also, the return policy is not clear on the website to say the least. The suit ordered was not the true size, I paid for express shipping for the outfit and they would not even work with me to resolve the problem. You have to pay a 30% restocking fee (even if you get the same outfit in a bigger size), and you will NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK...shame on them!
I will never and I mean NEVER order from this company again. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. My Story 2 weeks ago I placed an order for a dress to send to my aunt for her birthday. Six days later I received an email from a Mary H advising that the dress I originally selected was out of stock. Mary suggested alternatives and I selected one of the alternates the same day. I then emailed Mary again a days later to ensure that dress was in stock. It was 24 hours before Mary responded, I then advised Mary that I needed the dress to be delivered to my aunt on or before the 10th of September. I never received a response back or an email indicating that the package had been shipped. I called on today 9/13/2016 and spoke with a young lady that stated that a manager would call me back shortly. I then receive an email from Mary asking for the name that the package was supposed to be shipped to? What are you serious? I called and Mary answered the phone, she then put some other woman on the phone that told me it take 7-9 days for packages to be shipped, so I asked for the tracking number. The lady then advised there is not a tracking number? So although i started this journey 13 days ago and today is my aunts birthday and the package is still in limbo. I still do not even know if the package has even been shipped, noway to track it, etc.... This was my First and LAST time ordering from Express Ur Way!!!
