Yummy fast food. And the service was great! Everyone was so friendly and didnt seem like they hated being there.
Can't stand going to the White House McDonalds. More times than not the order is screwed up if there is more than one meal ordered and no "Specialty" orders. Complaining to the manager and or regional manager only gets you coupons for free food (Even will mess up a free meal)
Employees didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Toilet paper was placed on the dispenser instead of inserted into it.
Extremely long wait time. Bathrooms were nasty. Tables were messy. Playroom was dirty. The place hasn't been cleaned well for a while.
Food was good but had to go all the way back after getting to work and figuring out my sandwich's were not made correctly they had no toppings on them
I looked on the menu, noticed they have a 2 piece chicken tender on the $2 menu. When I ordered it they said they don't have it. Then the manager came out and said they don't have it.
Then why is it on the menu? Apparently the customer (and menu) are not always right.
So this McDonald's is okay, except for the rude staff and management are apparently illiterate.
