Had Karen cut my hair here and had the absolute best experience! 5 stars doesn't do her work justice, I highly recommend going and seeing her!
I moved to Hendersonville in 2011 and was on the hunt for a stylist until I found Karen. Highly recommended and I can say without a doubt I won't be going anywhere else!!
My experience sucked. The chic did my hair does not know how to do hair. I should not have paid but i did. She told me to come back and she would fix my hair. I ran like hell. She even admitted she screwed my hair up. It cost me $200.00 to get my hair fix the right way by another salon. I will NEVER go to Image again. IT SUCKS BAD!!!!
Have been going to Images salon for several years now. We love the friendly, and welcoming environment. Karen always does an amazing job. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.
Call the salon asked how much for a perm for shorthair they told me $55 so I went they were friendly nice atmosphere but overcharge me at the end of my experience I asked how much she said $85 I said I called they told me only $55 she said that doesn’t include the haircut really never had a perm or the haircut was not included she knocked it down to 75 When I told her when I called they told me 55 will not recommend that salon I will not go back
