Ordered 2 toasted bagels, but they were just warmed up. I get that it's a drive thru, and it has to move along, but toasted means at least crispy edges. And given that their specialty is coffee, you shouldn't have to ask for it, and the hot chocolate to be stirred. A bit of a disappointing visit. This is basic stuff, and it was not a busy time.
I don't really think they care about customers. When I ask for a decaf they are sure to make it known to me that they don't have any and will have to make some.
Dunks, please train your staff. Your franchises are only consistent in one area and that's being inconsistent.

They need to train there employees better the person behind the counter was confused about our order. I order an extra light with extra sugar couldn't taste any of it till I got to the bottom then it was an over load , it was never stirred !! Didn't ring up half our order which was all set out in the counter but still didn't ring it all up .
Geez. Complained my donut seemed stale and asked for another one. Employee goes on to tell my why it's stale and seemed torn over whether or not a donut would make or break the corporation.
